These terms apply to your use of HostList, operated by HostList (ABN 45 228 790 203), Victoria, Australia. By using HostList you agree to them.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account. You must have permission to add the contacts you store, and must keep their details accurate.
You are responsible for the text, images and videos you add. Content must be lawful, must not infringe others' rights, and must not be offensive, misleading or harmful. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.
HostList is an organising tool. Guest counts, dietary preferences and allergy details come from hosts and guests, and we do not verify them. Hosts remain responsible for their events, food preparation and confirming allergies directly with guests. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for event outcomes, allergic reactions or other harm arising from information entered in HostList.
HostList is currently free. If we introduce paid features, prices and what they include will be shown clearly before you pay. Refunds will be handled under our refund terms published at that time and as required by the Australian Consumer Law, which includes rights that cannot be excluded.
The service is provided as is. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to resupplying the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the courts of Victoria.
